Add english language to windows xp (brazil, portuguese version)

Hi,

How do I add english language support to windows xp professional and english
keyboard layout? I have looked in control panel under regional and languages
and english is not listed.

You can add additional language support to the English version, but
not to the Portuguese version. You'll need to install an English
version and dual boot if you want support for both languages.

Is that a peculiarity of the Portuguese version? We added
English language support to my wife's Turkish version of
WinXP without any difficulty.
