Add a printer doesn't work.

Well, i did as you said. I logged in as an administrator and went to
command prompt and typed in net start spooler but it said that the
requested service has already been started. So i go back into printers
and faxes not knowing if it worked. I click on add a printer and still
nothing happens. Any new suggestions?

Go to the Lexmark website (www.lexmark.com) and download the drivers from
there for the Z12.
