Hi fellers, my internet has become really sluggish lately, so want to check all options.

I download it, then try to open it and it just doesn't let me, either says i don't have permission or something else.

Please help, really need my internet back up to its speed!

Also, it says to choose an application to launch it with, now i don't know what programme to do that with!

It may be your not syncing up to the DSLAM at what you normally do, or your Exchange is overloaded or many other issues tbh.

Thats what is avaliable in your area. :)

I should have said, click on te BT ADSL tab on the left and see what speed it says you can get. Then see what speed your actually connecting at by logging into the router.

Look here for help. :)
