I have win xp pro 64 bit edition and whenever i open help and support it
always says "An active x control on this page is not safe. Your current
security settings prohibit running unsafe controls on this page. As a result,
this page might not display as intended." I am having a problem with my net
cam and when i try to use help and support I get this error message. It has
also done it on other things whenever I try to use it. Also, when I just open
help and support it will not let me find whatever I might be looking for. ie:
if I open help- and support and click on :Use Tools to view your compuiter
information and diagnose problems" it goes to another page with a number of
options listed but none of them will open. Please somebody help me.

Since your OS is Windows XP Pro 64-bit you might receive the best response
by posting to the newsgroup for all 64-bit versions of Windows, which is:
microsoft.public.windows.64bit.general .
Good luck with reposting your question and also try using a newsreader
program in the future.
