Active directory and Novell NDS

I am buisy trying to Let the active directory work with NDS somebody who has
hints or tips?

We're using DirXML to connect both. It's definitely no
Out-of-the-box-solution, but we're very pleased ... after some work.
We're planning to connect SAP HR some day.
