Errors in Application Log from Usrenv

We are running a combined Novell NDS and windows 2000
Active Directory network. We are getting the following
error: "Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name
for your computer network. Return value (59). "
Does anyone know why and how do we fix it?

Usually this error means that you need to have ICMP enabled on your
router.
