Activate computer with mouse movement

I used to have a small program which let me move my mouse to turn on the
computer but cant remember the name. Anyone familier with it?

If you used it to actually power on your computer it would have to be a
feature on your computer/motherboard. You either have it or you don't, you
can't download it. Check your BIOS menu and/or your motherboard manual.
