There's an update of the freeware-program Numpad Mouse.

Numpad Mouse lets you control your mouse using the keys on the Numpad.

It also features position marker that allows you to mark the mouse
positions for shift and precise moving.

Numpad Mouse transforms your numeric keypad into a versatile mouse.
