I have two accounts in OL. Is it possible to set it up so e-mails I
send to one specific address are sent from my second, and not default,
account? I can do this manually, of course, but would like it to be
automatic.

I have OL 2002.

I don't believe that's possible. You can't associate a sending account with
a contact.
