multiple account send/recieve

I am succesfully using Outlook 2002 for recieving email from multiple
accounts but all outgoing mail is being sent from 1 account.
-How can I select or change 'sent from/reply to' when sending new mail?
-Can I automatically set OL to make my replies 'sent from/reply to' the
account the original email was 'sent to'?

well that's what it should do by default - but I think that's overridden
when the main account is Exchange server?

You don't state your account types. If those accounts' addresses are
actually aliases of each other, then you're actually using a single mailbox
and Outlook considers them all the same real account.
