i am on vista ultimate and using sky as my email client, but can not get the
two to work --
this is the current error message
Account: 'windows mail', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR not supported 39pf4232142aga.15', Port: 995,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18
i have pop and smtp set up and 995 and 465 as my inconing and out going. so
what am l missing, it;s going to be something so small l will want to scream

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
