windows mail

when I try to use my windows mail account I get the following errors
I can log in to my email through my service provider fine.

Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR not supported 29pf706573agd.8', Port: 995,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
I don't now of any mail servers that support that option.
