i u's sky mail IP broadband, i've made windows mail my default m'server below
is problem

Check all your settings alongside those offered by Sky:

Tools>accounts>select account>properties.
 
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
