accidentally deleted critical system file!!! HELP!

C

courtney helena

i received an email from a close friend that said he had a
virus and that it would only take a few seconds to check
to see if i had it too, now i normally don't even
acknowledge these but this one's subject was written by
ken, as was the email... so i was like okay i'll check it
out. the file was jdbgmngr.exe (or maybe it was
jdbgmgr.exe) and then a popup came up that said it was a
critical windows file and would i like to make a backup...
but someone IMed me on aol instant messenger saying what's
up, and i thought i had clicked into the im box so i began
typing 'nothing' and the N made the no option go.. and now
i am missing this file. i have absolutely NO idea where my
windows 2000 disk is at ALL ....what can i do?

please email me back at (e-mail address removed)
