60 Gig HD

Just installed the Britannica program and I get this message when
attempting program launch.

Any helpful tips?

Is the application compatible with XP? Is it the latest version, have you
checked for updates, patches or later versions for the Britannica website.
The fact it might have worked on a previous version of Windows is no
guarantee it will run on XP?
