Access to Remote Assistant for XP Home

My mother has just got a computer at home (about 3000kms away) and she cannot
get her Help and Support Centre to open. Is there another way to access the
Remote Assistant so that she can send me an invitation so that I can help her
now and in the future? I had a look in the Windows directory but cannot find
the executable.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You should fix the help and support center..

And/or you can have her try:
Start button --> Run -->

%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA

OK

I'd also reccomend Logmein. The free version should be enough for what
you're looking for. Hope it works out!
