Access to personal contacts from address book

Hello:

I'm configuring Outlook 2003 SP1 for 5000 users with exchange 2003, I'm
testing
outlook functionalities.

Normally when I was entering into the address book I could select the global
address list or my own contacts to look for a person.

I don't know what has happened but now I can't select my "contacts" folder
from the address book. Also in the address book you normally can click with
the right button of the mouse over one person from the global list and select
the "Add to contacts" option. Now I don't know why this option has
disappeared.

When I go to my contacts folder and click properties, selecting the Outlook
adress book folder, there you can find a check where you can select if you
want to show this folder as an outlook address book. In my case this option
is in pale grey and not editable.

Does anybody know what happened and how can I get back to normal?

Thank You
