Hello, I am working in large access spreadsheets and I need to "cut up" some
of the info in the large files to make several smaller ones.I thought that I
could go to the line that I need to start from and then press "shift" and
"End" and it would automatically highlight the lines from that line to the
end of the file and then I could copy that for a new file. To sit there and
press scoll to bring me to the bottom of the page is just too time consuming.
I am sure there is a simpler way. Can anyone help me? I am under a deadline,
of course!!!

Thank you

Access is NOT a spreadsheet. Techniques that may work with Excel are seldom
appropriate for use with Access.

Consider creating queries that do the "cutting up" you require.
