Check 'start' > 'program files' > 'startup'. If there's an entry there
for Access, remove it.
If that doesnt work, type 'msconfig' in your 'start' > 'run'. Go to the
tab 'startup' and uncheck anything you see that refers to access. Be
careful here to not disable f.i. your anti-virus or other important
stuff; entries here are sometimes hard to recognize.
