HOW CAN I ACCESS MY E MAIL WITHOUT HITTING SEND/REC EA TIME I OPEN OUTLOOK?
IS THERE A SETTING I CAN CHANGE SO EMAIL AUTOMATICALLY IS AVAILABLE?

Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send-receive button to check for mail every 10
minutes--no less than that or it won't work. It will check as soon as it's
opened, but it does take a minute or so while it loads everything.
PS Your caps lock is stuck. LOL
