my outlook has stopped 'sending' msgs. HELP.

I just noticed 2 days ago that msgs I had sent were still in my outbox.

I tried to resend them to no avail. With Outlook Help I found 'delay
delivery' in the Options tab, which was set for 5pm of that day. I
'unchecked' it and tried it again. Still no send. When I tried to send a new
msg, the 'msg delay' is already checked; but my msgs still won't send, no
matter what I do to the 'delay' box.

I've looked elsewhere, but the next step seems to be to creat a new email
profile, which is what the article describes in "How to troubleshoot Outlook
when you can't send or receive email." Truthfully, it's a little out of my
technical range to install...

My internet connection is fine, and I have no trouble receiving msgs. I just
can't get my msgs to send out of my outbox.

Thanks for any help you might render.

I'm having trouble sending sometimes too. The error message says it's a
server issue; the server gurus say there's no problem with the server. I am
forced to use gmail which is not up to speed on Vista or O 2007. someone
suggested using the detect and repair function. Great...how do I access it
in O 2007?

Actually, in Outlook 2007, it's Help>Office Diagnostics. It was Help>Detect
and Repair.for prior versions. It's also Help>Office Diagnostics in
Powerpoint, Publisher, Visio, SharePoint Designer, and Project, but in Excel
and Word, it's Office Orb>Resources>Diagnose.

Here My Scenario:

- On the Headquarter office I have Exchange 2000 Server
- On Remotes Offices users have Outlook 2003 SP1 in cache mode.

The Headquarter and Remotes offices are conected through WAN.

Since many weeks ago, when the users try to send e-mails, the e-mails stuck
in the outbox, and the outlook display the message "sending messages 50%" but
it remaing there for a long period of time (sometimes 1 hour) and sometimes
the e-mail never leave the outbox.

This is happening with Two International remote offices and I don´t know
where is really the problem.

Does anybody knows any solution to solve this issue?.
