Messages stuck in Personal Folders Outbox

Beginning 9/4 responses and new messages go into the outbox under personal
folders and stick there. When I use send/receive, error message 0x80040126
appears saying server offline. Previously since downloading outlook
connector the outgoing messages have gone into the outbox under my msn
account designation and have functioned properly. Unable to copy or move
these stuck msgs to the MSN account outbox. No help/support topics have
addressed this problem. Mail is no longer moving from HTML to Outlook as of
9/4.
