Recipients not receiving messages but I am not getting error messa

I have only recently started using outlook express for email. I seem to be
receiving messages ok but all the messages I have sent are not delivering!
they go in to my outbox and then I hit the send/rec mail box and it tells me
messages sent however they don't get delivered? So from my end it looks fine
as I don't get any error messages?!

Does this problem occur only with one receipient, make sure by sending an
e-mail to others.

If the problem persists log on to your webmail( for example if it comcast, log on to www.comcast.net and send an e-mail to that receipient.).
If the problem occurs with all receipient, first
