Access for Backups

I'm trying to backup the computer for the 1st time. I get
an error message indicating "The backup file name could
not be used. Please ensure it is a valid path and that
you have sufficient access." I am the administrator but I
think the problem has something do to with privileges. ???

Make sure that the path you specify, or the default if
not specified, exists, and that your account or the
Administrators group has permission of at least
Modify on the folder at that location. Also, make sure
that the entire content of that folder is not being included
in the list of items to back up.
