Access folders and files

My work computer's processor died a while back. So I
removed it and installed it in my home computer. Its
installed and shows up but the "My Documents" folder is
not accessible it gives me a error saying not accessible.

Computer info:
Old work computer was a AMD 800mhz running XP Home
Home computer is a AMD 1000mhz running XP Home

Anyone know what I can do.
