Access denied to desktop items

We have items that are locked on our desktop we are in the administrative
user, we have done all the security things and are still unable to to do
anything with those documents... please help!!

What are these "items", exactly?

they are jpegs, tiffs, eps, mostly graphic files...... there are about 15 and
they have just been collecting, we don't know how to get access to them....

Have you thought about viruses or spyware?

 

[Guest]

We have updated all our virus scanner and all of our spyware software.... we
regularly scan as part of routine maintenence.... nothing has ever come up
nor have we had any other problems.
