Access Denied

Hello, I have asked this and nothing has worked, we have files trapped on a
desktop, all jpegs, tiffs, and other picture type files, we have adjusted the
securtiy, everything but it says access is denied.. PLEASE HELP....We have
also updated all our virus and spyware and its all clean.

Also I don't know if you know anything about servers but the same thing is
now happening with our server.
