Access denied to All Users directory

While logged in on an administrator account on Windows XP I ran a full virus
check and several files in the c:\documents and settings\all users\documents
folder were not accessible. I tried to open this folder with Explorer and
got the "c:\documents and settings\all users\documents is not accessible.
Access is denied" error box. I seem to be able to open all the other folders
(Application Data, Desktop, Favorites, etc) in the All Users directory. Any
ideas?

Take Ownership and give yourself (or the administrators group) permissions
again...

Read *carefully* - do not just skim the page and start following steps.
There is important information there dependent on the version of Windows XP
