Access denied

Hi
When I go to Cocuments and settings/All Users/documents in windows Xp
Professional, it's not accessible, Access Denied. I can't find any securit or
passwords that are set on that folder or what causes this problem. I need
access to this folder for the installation af a program, please give me
advise..
