Access Denied Error with Scan and Fax

I am using Vista Ultimate with a clean install. I changed the location
of the Documents to E:\. I get the following error when I try to start
Windows Fax and Scan:

Windows Fax and Scan cannot run as it cannot access your documents
folder. Please ensure that Windows Fax and Scan can access that folder.

It runs alright when I have the default location for Documents. Is there
a way to make have both a changed location for Documents and Windows Fax
and Scan function.

I had the same problem and no one could answer it several weeks ago.

I'm still ramping up on the WFS code & will take a look at it if you can
provide me with more information on your scenario. By which method did you
change your Documents folder?

This is a documented problem that occurs whenever a user moves the Documents
Folder to the root. Move it somewhere else.
