Fax and Scan Question (using computer in domain)

A client of mine has Vista Ultimate. Uses fax and scan heavy in his
workplace. Recently, his network moved from Domain A to Domain B. This
resulted in his computer creating a new user account when the user logged in
under the new domain (while the old domain was history).

Under the user's account in Domain A - he used fax and scan a lot and stored
everything appropriately. While he is enjoying using his computer under
Domain B and his new account - he's unable to import old faxes and scans.
He's located the fax and scan files that he used under his old account, but
while using his new account, he can't retrieve those. This sounds like some
crazy active directory question, but it's more fax and scan. Basically, he
doesn't care who's account is logged into the computer - we are trying to
figure out how to take previous faxes and scans and import (or move some
files, change a registry entry..anything) so when he uses the computer (under
his normal everyday account) - he can still see and use all his faxes and
scans.

How can this be done? Documentation on the fax and scan in Vista is
horrible and I haven't found anything technical about it anywhere. Thank you.

Thanks for your responce. The user account in Domain B works well, zero
problems at all (actually better since the network was redesigned). while
the user has found all the TIFF files that are scans/faxes from when he used
his old account under Domain A, he's unsure what to do with them all, except
just store them in some other folder or back them up. What you mentioned -
copy them to the Domain B inbox in WFS - unable to do that..it's like the
software won't budge and allow any flexibility to do such actions. I was
about to tell the customer fax them to himself so they will be in his inbox,
but he has like 400 TIFF files....

There have been a lot of similar issues arise with WFS. Most seem to be
related to the security changes within Vista that affect logon credentials
and file permissions. I agree. There is no documentation that addresses any
of these issues that I can find.
Does the Domain B account seem to function correctly in every other regard?
Is there some reason the user cannot copy the TIF files from his Domain A
account's Inbox to an intermediary storage location, then copy them to the
Domain B Inbox?

He'll need to do what I suggested instead. There are permission issues that
will not allow him to copy from one domain to another, and I have seen no
solution for them so far.
