Access Database

for some reason I can no longer open one of my Access database file. I get
the following error message - "You do not have the necessary permissions to
use the 'J:\My Documents Home 012606\AccessDocs\develop.mdb' object. Have
your system administrator or person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you"

I am the Sys Admin and the person that created this file and have been
working with this Access file for the past 10 years. In spite of using this
file for the past 10 years I'm really a novice when it comes to databases. I
need help to figure out how to open this file again.
