Did there've some one can help me? I've getting the issue of 'Unable to open
the free/busy information. You do not have permission to create a subfolder
in this folder' when trying to access or admend the appointment on the share
calandar from my colleague.

(In Exchange enviroment)
My colleague have running as Outlook 2007 and share out her calendar to the
team locate in somewhere.
The users that have to open the above share folder have using the Outlook
2003 or 2007 but some is inside the corp network and some is using the VPN
access.

However, this issue is not encounter by all users and i'm tearing all my
hair since someone can work and some cannot work no matter granted as the
'Owner' or 'Editor'.

Many Thanks

It sounds like something is trying to create a new folder and they don't
have permission to create folder in that mailbox. Or its relating to the
F/B folder on the exchange server. Now to figure out which and why...

Which version of Exchange do you use? Does it happen when people try to open
other mailboxes and if so, is there a common denominator?

We're currently using the Exchange 2003 and the issue is not happen to all
users that have the permission on the share calendar. Acutally, some users
can work but some cannot work. By the way, i'm also have the permission setup
on this share calendar with the owner permission but i'm also getting the
same when double click to try to create the new appointment or open up the
existing one.
