How to view other shared calendars from one profile in Outlook 200

Both Outlook 2003 and 2007 give one the ability to create more than one
calendar in your profile.

For instance:
A colleague of mine has a default 'Calendar' for daily/general diary items,
and an 'Events Calendar', for corporate events, etc. Both these calendars are
shared calendars.

My colleague uses Outlook 2003. I use Outlook 2007. Both of us are on
Exchange (not sure of the version).

The shared 'Events Calendar' on my colleague's machine is stored on the same
level as her other Exchange Mailbox items (i.e. Calendar, Inbox, etc.).

The problem is that when other Outlook users (2003 & 2007) try and connect
to the shared 'Events Calendar' we can only access or see the "default"
Calendar. We can't see the 'Events' calendar.

However, the flip-side is that if I create another calendar in MY profile (I
use Outlook 2007), I can easily share my new calendar with other Outlook 2007
users, but Outlook 2003 users receive the 'sharing request' but can't view
the new calendar I shared. (The document link that Microsoft provides in the
email message doesn't exist).

How do other Outlook users view other (secondary) calendars created with
Outlook 2003?

Now you see how Outlook 2007 makes sharing easier!

In earlier versions, to provide access to a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File | Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant "folder visible" permission to the root of the mailbox and any other parent folders of the shared folder, as well as appropriate permission -- at least Reviewer -- on the shared folder itself.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools | Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.
