Access 2003 won't print

I've seen a few posts on this, but no solutions yet, so I thought I'd give it
another try. I have one user who can't print from Access. All other Office
products print fine, but in Access if I click the Print or Print Preview
option nothing happens. Hover over the Print button and I get a "no printer"
message. There is a default printer installed, the user does have
permissions to the printer, she is set up as a local machine administrator,
and the Domain Admin can log on and print from Access without difficulty.
I've tried reinstalling Access with no luck; I've tried different printers
but get nothing. Since other people are having the same problem I suspect
there's something more going on here than local network issues. Anyone have
any ideas?

Lemme take part of that back. If I set her default printer to the Adobe PDF
printer, then Access starts working. I can bring up the print dialog and
choose my network printer. But that doesn't explain why this is only
happening in Access and not other Office products. And why is this the only
affected user when everyone is getting the same printers via the same login
script, and using the same version of Access? I still think there's an
Access issue here, but don't know what it is. Any help will be appreciated.
