Access 2002 Upgrade With Office Standard 2003, Works

Does anyone know how to make the ACCESS 2002 upgrade CD with OFFICE STANDARD
2003 or Works. I belive both of these are valid requirments. When I run the
install program it say "No Qauilfying Software Installed".

As far as I'm aware, a newer product is never valid as a qualifying product
for an older product. In other words, any product that qualifies for the
Access 2002 upgrade must be older than Access 2002, not newer than it.
