Acces Right in Acces

I 'm the administrator of a created a database. In order to share the
database with order collegues a third parties blocked all acces to my file.
I'm unable to open the database again.
This is the errormessage that I get:
"You do not have the necessary permissions to use the S.......
Have your system administrator or the person who created this object
establisch to appropriate permissions for you"

How can I solve this problem

Have whoever blocked it undo it.

If your system administrator took away your file or folder access, have them
give it back.
