acces backup say i dont have permission

I formatt my hard driver and when i try to use my acces backup the system say:
You do not have the necessary permissions to
use the <name> object.
Have your system administrator or the person
who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you.
(Error 3033)
 
Do you have full permission to the folder in which the database lives?
