Accept invite from different time zone

On Outlook 2003, I (central time) receive invites from other time zones
(eastern time) for meetings that will take place in MY time zone (they fly
here).
How can I accept the invite and have it display MY time?

They need to make the appointment for the correct time for the time zone it
will be held in.
