confused and frustrated

Hi - I have a problem.

I work for a company with remote employees scattered across the country.
Company policy requires that all meeting times be posted in the eastern time
zone. I am in the central zone.

I have outlook configured so that it shows both eastern and central time
zones, but meetings never show up at the right time. If I put them down as
EST - they move an hour early - so that a 1pm EST is showing up in the noon
EST slot. If I send them out as Central time - I have to include in the
header that the time is Eastern and then when everyone moves it - it causes
issues.

Is there someway to fix this? I have tried changing the computer clock to
Eastern but that is not working either.......

It sounds like the wrong time zone or DST setting is set somewhere. Double
check your computer's time zone and DST setting.
