about:blank is a webpage

For some reason I caught some sort of virus and my homepage (originally set to about:blank) is now a random search page. Address bar still says about:blank, though it shows up as a search page. I have Spybot Search & Destroy, but it won't fix it. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

1st of all i'd download and run these

also do a full virus scan
