about blank internet home page

Every time I try to change my internet home page it will
work once and then go to about blank home page after
that. I was told that it was spyware causing this
problem so I bought spywarexterminator and this did not
seem to solve the problem. Please help I am ready to
throw this co,puter out the window. Thanks for the help

For your own peace of mind and sanity reinstall XP.
Its somehere in your registry but takes ages to find have spent many hours

Josh, if the apps that Will suggested don't clear it up, you need to run
HijackThis and post the log to one of the specialty forums, _NOT_ this one.
