A4 Tech mouse (model : SWW21)

I run windows SP1 with all the updates. and since i got
highspeed internet on cable i have had nothing but trouble
with my A4 Tech scroll mouse. it intermittantly freezes on
screen and occasionally the PC speaker beeps. this was a
fresh installation of XP pro. and i installed a working
legal copy of Norton System works before connecting to the
internet.

some one please help as this is, as you would imagine,
very annoying.

this morning after i rebooted, my mouse didnt work at
all.. i had to navigate EI to download the drivers
manually... the computer had not been touched or online in
12 hours.

Hello

Try a different mouse and just see if you have the ame problems
