a website doesn't load, xp slow, outlook express freezes

pls can someone help
Have XP Home Edition. IE 6 Spamkiller,antivir, Adaware SE Professional,
Windows Defender. 1st Since downloaded Spamkiller, my OUtlook Express 6 hangs
and i have to do control delete to get out. Also Have been playing games on
Gamesville.com, but recently 1 game seems to freeze, sometimes can't even
download the website
Hope someone has some advice on what to do

Well... since you say the problems started after that... why
don't you UN-install and see if the problem is fixed?

Maybe it is scanning your e-mail and it seems as though it is hanging.
