A Runtime error has occurred ??

Andrew

Hello,

I am using IE6 and whenever i open e-bay's homepage i get about 10 error
messages saying "A Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug ?
Line: XXX, Error:ebay is undefined".

I get this same message for line 787, 247, 38 etc etc and have to keep
clicking "No" !. This only seems to happen on an e-bay page (and just a
few others).

So, is the problem with e-bay (since it has only started doing this
within the last few days ??, and how do i prevent this from happening
??.

Incidentally, when i use Mozilla Firefox i don't get any of these
problems (but i prefer IE6 !).

Many Thanks
Andrew

Run windows update, and make sure you have the latest IE service packs.
Those sound like javascript errors.

Andrew,

We do not care if a website has script errors, a lot of them do, the script
errors are the website's problem not ours.
