Runtime Error

Hi

I hope someone could help me with this please.

Im using WinXP and IE6.

To all extents, IE6 seems to workfine, but I have encountered a
problem when trying to open the "Click here to get started" link on
this website:
http://www.virginone.com/onev2/frameset.html?calculator/calculator-howmuchyoucansave.shtml

Clicking it does not open the page at all. If I select "Open link in
new window" The message I get is - A runtime error has occurred, do
you wish to debug? Line 0 Error: Object Expected.

I select Yes to debug, but get the following message:

An exception "Runtime Error" has occurred in Script. However, no
debuggers are registered that can debug this exception. Unable to JIT
debug.

The next message I get is:

Line: 1
Char: 1
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: javascript:blush:pennew()

I have a laptop and the above link opens and works fine. I have
duplicated the settings in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced but still
the problem exists.

Any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this?

Thanks

Unless you want to do freelance script debugging.........

Open IE | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
CHECK:
 Disable script debugging
[Specifies whether you want to turn off your script debugger, if one is
installed. Script debuggers are used by Web site developers to test programs
and scripts on their Web pages.]
UNCheck:
Display a notification about every script error
[Specifies whether to display the actual script errors when a page does not
appear properly due to problems with its scripting. This feature is off by
default, but is useful to developers when testing Web pages.]
Apply | OK

Wes,

Thanks for the reply.

I had already tried this, but it doesn`t work.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

I really don't. The links worked for me. Except when I clicked on Click
here to get started I got a message referring to Flash not running.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

OK, thanks Wes.

Its only my main PC (the most modern, highly spec`d and most
expensive!) that won`t run that link.

My other pc`s/laptops work fine with it.

I have since uninstalled/reinstalled IE6 and still it doesn`t work!

Its just so frustrating.
