Runtime errors

What is a runtime error
I get them frequently and always on the Internet

For exmple

A runtime error has occorred
Do you wish to debug
Line: 16
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method

Yes:
An exception runtime error has occurred in script. However no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception

Is the script a part of Windows XP Professional or Bell Sympatico Internet software

In any event I simply don't know what to do. Sympatico tech support insist the problem is with XP

Someone please help.

Hi

With Internet Explorer open go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and enable
'Disable script debugging'.

Ive already tried that and it hasn`t worked.

Ive tried all manner of options in the Advanced section, and none have
made any difference.

Under Microsoft VM, I have selected/deselcted all, some, combinations,
but nothing the problem is still there.

Ive even thought about uninstalling/reinstalling IE6, but even that
isn`t straightforward to do as I can`t find the option to remove it in
Add/Remove Programs.

Any suggestions please?
