A question about a lost photo program

I had a program called the "MICROSOFT PHOTO EDITOR" which was lost when my programs got accidentally deleted. Can anyone tell me if, or how I can get this program back to my computer.
 
I think it is part of the office tools. Do you have the office disk? It is not part of XP operating system. It is seperate

It's part of Office 97, 2000 and OfficeXP. NOT part of Office 2003.
Reinstall your Microsoft Office and you'll get it back.
