I started having this problem after installing the new
SP3. Have read that it might be a problem with Adobe
Acrobat and or Norton but can't find out for sure. How do
I uninstall the SP3 or what are my other options.
thanks for any help.

I posted another question on this forum that asked the
question, "How do I determine which application is
triggering the Outlook message?" I would love to fix the
application that is causing the problem, but do not know
which one it is. How may I determine which one it is?
Thanks.

I am having this same problem with Norton AntiSpam, and unfortunately the
solution was not clear to me. I read the article in the link, I looked in
the addins folder in the registry but saw nothing, I have regularly run
LiveUpdate, so now I am lost. Does anyone have an explanation for how to get
Outlook to just quietly load Norton.... that makes sense to an intelligent
person who is NOT a programmer?? thanks much
