A little BIG prob with services.exe

One day just appeard on my screen that services.exe made an error and musten bee shutdown.When i click close, another window appeard and started the countdown takiing 60 seconds to restart of PC.Now its happening every hour when my PC is Started ( in windows).Does anyone know what to do with this?
